Modern trendy boutique hotel with amazing value, we had a very good stay. The booked room was fashionable and fully-equipped with a view. The property's location was comfy and ideal, just off the Bird Island fortress and the start of the waterfront and the beach and unforgettable sights of the tall sailing ships coming into dock.

The location (with one exception -- see below) was very good, with a short dolmus ride into town (or a 10 minute walk), and incredible views of Pigeon Island and the Aegean. The hotel is new, and quite nice, facility-wise.
The major downside for this hotel is the proximity to jade nightclub, across the street, near the seaside. During the day it's a beach club, but at night, it becomes a night club, with incredibly loud and annoying "music". On Friday night, this went on until 4 am. The hotel staff, while sympathetic, is powerless to do anything about it. They compensated us a bit for the inconvenience, but at these rates, that made very little difference. Unless you're into late night partying, think twice about this hotel or others near it. Also, I wouldn't call this "family-friendly". This is obviously geared toward couples.

It is located near the beach but actually sot so close. Hotel staff were friendly but they did not give us any advice about sightseing. It was very disapponted.

The hotel is great. Marvelous location and view of the Aegean sea. I just loved the restaurant.
The only thing that made me upset was a wedding party that happened in the hotel yard in the last night of vacation. The noise was really bad. Other guests were sad too. The music was turned off just 11:45pm.

Probably one of the best spots in Turkey. We are on our honeymoon and couldn't of picked a better hotel. Was the perfect setting for relaxation and romance! The infiniti pool and view was to die for! Breakfast was great and dinner was good too. We had massages through the hotel which was also nice and highly recommendable. The rooms were excellent - overall great value for money and just so relaxing.
Nothing bad to say about the hotel. The reception area is a little strange but nothing to complain about.

The service at this hotel was impeccable. The staff was friendly, the food was amazing, the view is stunning overlooking the negative pool. Why this is not a 5-star is beyond me. I loved this place.
None really to mention. The rooms are a little small but it doesn't matter because the view is so beautiful and each room has a balcony.

The moment I arrived at this boutique hotel, I was captivated by its stunning views. The infinity pool overlooking the beach and Yilanci Burnu was simply breathtaking. The peaceful design of the rooms added to the relaxation factor. Despite being located a bit outside the city center, the 10-minute walk was well worth it for the tranquility it provided. The breakfast, although not extensive, offered delicious cakes and sweets. my stay was a very pleasant experience.

The personnel was very friendly, they helped us giving information during our stay in Kusadasi and they were very polite with us. If I visit again Kusadasi, I will reserve again in this hotel. At last I want to say that it was very one of the best hotels I have visited in my life. I totally recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!!

Of course, the views. The size of the apartments. The kindness of the staff. One of the best pools ever. Por supuesto, las vistas. El tamaño de los departamentos. La amabilidad del staff y su disposición para ayudar al huesped. Una de las mejores piletas.
The water pressure was poor in the upper rooms. La presión de agua era baja en las habitaciones superiores (las de mejor vista)
